Living Shield is designed around data minimisation. We process only data reasonably required to provide the security, operational, support, billing and recovery functions selected by the user.
Security telemetry is designed to use the minimum signals required. Living Shield is not designed to copy a user's full private content. Raw identity is avoided where pseudonymous identifiers are sufficient.
Data may be used for enrolment, posture and threat detection, incident handling, recovery, fraud/abuse prevention, auditability, support and applicable legal compliance.
Operational security telemetry is subject to the platform retention policy; the current target is 30 days for designated telemetry categories unless audit evidence, transactions, incidents or legal obligations require a different period.
Living Shield does not sell user data to advertisers. Data is shared only where required for approved service providers, lawful authority requests, security, fraud prevention, or with user consent.
Requests for access, correction, permitted deletion or privacy enquiries may be made through Living Shield's official support channel once published and verified.
Living Shield uses integrity controls, encryption/signing, least privilege, audit trails and recovery assurance. No system can guarantee absolute security.
