These terms describe the basis for using Living Shield. The final commercial version will be updated with verified legal entity details, payment terms, refund policy, SLA and governing jurisdiction before paid launch.
Living Shield provides cybersecurity functions including posture monitoring, endpoint/device protection, threat intelligence, integrity assurance, incident guidance, recovery assurance and organisational features according to the selected plan.
Cybersecurity reduces risk but cannot guarantee 100% prevention. Internal scores or statuses are not malware detection rates or third-party certification unless explicitly stated.
Users must protect credentials, install updates, use supported configurations, comply with applicable law, and not use Living Shield to attack or disrupt third-party systems.
High-risk actions may require human approval or authorised policy. Living Shield does not promise destructive autonomous response.
The free plan remains available subject to published limits. Payment, cancellation and refund terms for paid plans take effect only after the payment provider and official commercial policies are activated.
No corporate SLA is in force unless stated in an activated plan or contract.
